Sabbadius introduces the Funky-Vibe ST, a modern take on the legendary Uni-Vibe, now housed in a more compact enclosure without sacrificing the tone, depth, or feel of the original large-box models.
Built with all-analog circuitry, custom 7 mm CdS/LDR photocells, and the same meticulous hand-wiring found in Sabbadius’ full-size Funky-Vibe, the ST delivers lush, three-dimensional modulation in both Chorus and Vibrato modes.
The Cancel footswitch lets you bypass the modulation section and keep the warm, vintage preamp engaged, while an expression pedal input allows real-time control of the Speed parameter.
Powered by standard 18V DC, the Funky-Vibe ST works anywhere in the world with a suitable pedal power supply.
1968 Funky-Vibe ST
The 1968 version is based on the earliest Honey Uni-Vibe units, known for their faster top speeds and deep modulation depth.
This voicing captures the pulsating, dramatic swirl heard in Jimi Hendrix’s live performances from the late ’60s, delivering a bold, immersive modulation perfect for psychedelic rock and expressive lead work.
